The Introduction

With this website finally going live, its time to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Agnes, I'm currently a physician assistant (PA) student following being a sonographer for seven years. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my kiddo and spouse.

Ultrasound is a great love of my life. There is nothing quite like taking care of a person, looking inside of them, and using your own knowledge of anatomy and physiology to perform a diagnostic exam. Point of care ultrasound (POCUS) is an underutilized tool in many fields of medicine and my goal is to get more people excited and confident to use POCUS.

Growing up, my parents had careers in medicine and wellness. One as a psychiatrist, one as a massage therapist, acupuncturist, and traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, and another as a registered nurse. With this background and my experience in medical imaging, I'm really excited about integrative and functional medicine.

Part of my career in ultrasound included working at an office that has a robust aesthetics department. Learning from some amazing master estheticians and RNs, I've grown to really appreciate the science behind beauty. The physician there is passionate about his business and getting people results. He also does the best botox leaving movement while smoooooothing out those lines.

Finally, I've toyed around with years drawing little slogans and designs that I'm hoping you can relate to. Check them out in the shop and order a mug or sticker.
